Transfer detail contacts from excel to MS Outlook and Sync to Palm (Great)

Here, solution:
1. first, you have a new workbook and you make the first row in excel as heading (name, company, address, mobile, work phone…). For each column, copy from excel file source (maybe using lookup function) to new workbook you have just made.
2. Save as this workbook with CSV (comma delimited) type by any name (ex:contacts).
3. Open MS outlook, choose file -> import and export -> (import from another program or file) next -> comma separated values (windows) next -> choose file at 2th step and select one of three options (duplicate options). At the “select destination folders”, select contacts folder. Next step, you can Map custom fields for the most suitable field between excel column and contact field in MS outlook.
4. Click finish. That’s all.
5. final step, I have Palm 500v, I have just plugged-in my device to pc. now, I can manage customer information in my mobile.
